  • ZBC Chef Kasper Hansen Conducts Masterclass at IHM-Aurangabad

    On the 12th of September 2018, Chef Kasper Hansen, the Coach and Chief Coordinator of the Danish National Pastry Team conducted a three-hour Masterclass on Sourdough Breads and Danish Pastries at IHM-A. He also laid emphasis on the traditional method of making “Poolish”, a natural ferment used in making sourdough bread.

    The Masterclass was attended by all students of the Culinary Arts Program and turned out to be an excellent learning experience.
