The calendar gives three week modules for every alternate month till August 2018 followed by final one week assessment and certification in October 2018.
15 Chef’s from across Taj hotels selected for this program.
Operating cost for a 3 week period is Rs.6301 per participant which includes Cafeteria and overhead cost.
